Unsure of your expiration date?

Hey, Gold Card Buyers. If you’re unsure of the expiration date of your card, there’s an easy way to find it. Locate a card from a recent show and look for the number in the upper right corner (highlighted in yellow above). Your Gold Card number and expiration date can always be found on your badge. Can I bring a guest?

Yes. A qualified buyer may bring one guest per day for a $15 guest fee. For the Gonzales shows, the guest fee is $17. All guest passes may be used for entry during all days of the show.

As a Gold Card holder, can I bring a guest?

Yes. Gold Card holders may bring two guests per day for a $15 per guest fee. For the Gonzales shows, the per guest fee is $17. All guest passes may be used for entry during all days of the show.

If I am the spouse of a business owner, can I attend?

Yes. You may attend as a qualified buyer with appropriate documentation. Click here for required documentation. Employee spouses do not qualify.

Can more than one employee or owner attend?

Yes. Up to six people from a business (including owner) may attend at one time and may also bring one guest each.

Does the owner have to be present for employees to attend?

No. Employees are qualified buyers and must present the required documentation at registration. Click here for required documentation.

Can I pre-register or register online?

Yes, we do offer online pre-registration.

Can a child attend with me?

No person under 16 years of age is permitted to attend. Proof of age is required. Infants must be carried in a front or back carrying pack.

Can I bring a wheeled bag or piece of wheeled luggage for my purchases?

No. Wheeled bags, wheeled luggage and/or strollers are strictly prohibited from the show floor. At each show, there is an area available for you to check your cart/stroller or luggage.

I am on file. Do I need to bring my qualification documents every time I attend a show?

Yes. Full documentation is required every time you attend a show. A Helen Brett Gold Card may be purchased for your convenience. Gold Card membership provides pre-qualification to attend all Helen Brett shows for two years. You need only present the required documentation at the time of purchase and when renewing.
